Update: Deadline Passed
Do I have a right to exclude myself from the Settlement Class?
Yes. If you are a Settlement Class Member and you wish to keep your right to sue Mitsubishi Electric Corporation about the claims alleged and settled in this case (see Questions 4 and 7), you must exclude yourself from the Settlement Class. You will not get any money from the New Settlement if you exclude yourself. You may not submit a Claim Form if you exclude yourself from the New Settlement. Requests for exclusion from the Settlement Class in the New Settlement will not result in exclusion from the Prior Settlements.
